History:

I have been an Osteopath for over 32 years, and I remain passionate and committed to helping people recover. Over that time, I treated more than 15,000 patients, with at least 30% being babies and children. My career also took me to the UK, where I worked in private practice, charitable clinics, and hospitals. In 2010 I moved to Australia.

Osteopathy is over 100 years old  and a fully recognised Allied Health profession in Australia with all Osteopaths required to be AHPRA registered. I focus strongly on “Family Care,” supporting everyone from newborns to grandparents when they are in pain. In addition, I maintain a professional interest in treating newborn babies and children. If you need help, please feel free to call or reach out to me directly or book online.

Dr Roger Kingston DO

There are many different approaches or distinct styles of Osteopathy.

Cranial Osteopathy,   Visceral Osteopathy,   Structural Osteopathy,   Fascial Counterstrain,   Paediatric and Baby Osteopathy  and  DNS Neuromuscular Rehabilitation

I have been trained to a high standard in the UK, and taken extensive post graduate training in Cranial Osteopathy and Fascial Counterstrain. Over time I have blended these approaches into “Osteopathy in my hands” and this allows me to rapidly adapt my treatment  to suit the individual and their presenting complaints. My aim is to get you out of pain quickly and then  rehabilitated so you hopefully don’t need ongoing treatment. I maintain a professional relationship with my Medical “cousins” and refer appropriately when it is in your best interests. I also have close ties in the allied and alternative health world locally.
